What's New

March 21, 2007 - Here is more proof of the Liberal party past of Sandeep Pandher, the Conservative candidate in Newton-North Delta.

This is a photo taken from 2001 at a garden party hosted by former Minister of Industry Allan Rock:

Mr. Rock invited political staffers and Liberal party friends over to his house for this event, which was voluntary to attend.

Having simultaneously worked in the same ministerial office as this man, I can assure you that Pandher's past within the party was partisan in nature, and his involvement was built around a political affiliation rather than a policy advisory role as he likes to claim:

"I got asked to do some policy work and not partisan political stuff."

I suspect that the stories that Pandher has been feeding the Conservative party's candidate green light committee have been incomplete, so I am just trying to fill in the rest of the story.

From a communications perspective, how easy would it have been for Pandher to just be honest about why he jumped from the very beginning? By detailing the reasons why he felt he could no longer support the Liberals, he could have essentially killed this story from the onset.

So I ask once again, if he is willing to lie about something like this, what else is he willing to lie about to achieve power?
